Plate & Bar Sawing

We have three automatic saws ensuring a rapid process from order to delivery. Cut billets can be supplied across our stock range from 3mm-250mm dia & two Schelling automatic plate saws giving us the ability to cut up to 4-meter-long and 100mm thick in a multitude of red metals.

Vinyl Coating & Polishing

We have inhouse coating facilities, to ensure your metal arrives in pristine condition. This process is recommended when visual surface finish is paramount. We will also work with local processors, to offer a polished finish with many options.

Guillotining Services

At Prestige Metal Supplies we have two in-house guillotines, offering cut-to-length or blanking options. We can offer precision finish cutting up to 6mm thick and 3m long.

Patination
